Hi Team,
I have ordered 3items in a order.
2 got delivered and other one is missing. But when I checked the mobile app it shows that it is delivered. My mistake is I have not answered the call when called at the time of delivery.
When I called back that was the vehicle driver number but not the delivery executive. Driver said that he is on OFF today as he is not well or taking rest. When asked the number to contact that delivery executive, he said that there are 10-15members and don’t know who called.
My 2nd mistake is I have not saved driver number trusting Amazon that my product will be safe.
So I happen to reach customer service option on Amazon mobile app and selected call option.
It’s a IVR voice said that ordered will be delivered by 21st October after selecting option that product is not delivered.
I tried the next day again
Same IVR response I got.
Again I called after a break for a day I guess
Now I got some one on call and said that they will raise a case for me to investigate and said that you might get a refund or product.
So I said in need my product.
And this I guess happend on 20th or 21st
But after reaching to customer service they confirmed it’s on 22nd.
Later on called again and when checked they said that it’s under investigation and I need to wait and sure I will get a response. I waited whole week and I happen to reach to out again today 31st October and now they confirm that it is closed and solution is product delivered and I received it. This all confirmed by their LM team.
And it was closed on 27th October.
After saying this when I asked for escalation point of contact they disconnected the call stating that they are disconnecting.
So called again and now they apology for disconnecting the call and product is delivered and I will not get any refund or product.
