I ordered a shoerack from online market shifto 1kg of 10 racks but got fake product, courier partner was ekart, after paying the money of ₹999 and unboxing the product i got to know that it was a fake product and given like 2 plates , i want refund of my money of ₹999 as soon as possible and want to return the fake product.
