Order Number : 15962601799026530A (Its prepaid order)
Order placed on 1st Aug’20, till 5th Aug it was not delivered .
On 6th august order status changed and updated to delivered without attempting delivery.
I didnt received OTP as well, so not sure how it got marked as delivered.
I have raised complaint and they are taking their sweet time to resolve the issue.
Question should be raised to JIO mart, how such thing can happen.
If its technical glitch why they do not correct it and notify customer that this is issue at their end and customer can expect delivery soon.
If it would have been COD order, I would not be worried but since its prepaid order I am showing concern.
