I had ordered [ Minions by Kook N Keech Men Purple Boxy Fit Printed Round Neck Pure Cotton Oversized T-shirt ] online at Myntra e-commerce website and after few days it was marked as delivered but no product was delivered to the address mentioned on the order. After raising this concern with Myntra customer service few times I was replied back that wait for 28oct then I connect on 25oct then again replied back wait for 24 to 48hr, then I still waiting for 30oct, again replied back wait for 24hr that mean 1Nov, and till now end of the too many timelines, they are not responding and again replied back to me wait for 48hr. There is clear evidence that it is either a mistake of delivering the product to incorrect address by delivery partner or no product was delivered to any address at all Despite clearly mentioning this situation to Myntra the customer service every time responded that wait for wait for and giving me too much waiting deadline and the product is shown delivered on 25oct. Isn’t this a case of open fraud? There is a clear mistake in their delivery yet they are stubborn to accept it and provide the solution to consumer. Loss of my money puts me in a unconvincing state of mind to place any order online with them.
