I had ordered Diwana set online at Myntra e-commerce website and after few days it was marked as delivered but no product was delivered to the address mentioned on the order. After raising this concern with Myntra customer service few times I was replied back that the order is delivered via OTP confirmation through registered phone number but the registered phone number is inactive as I am waiting on to receive a SIM replacement from the network service provider. There is clear evidence that it is either a mistake of delivering the product to incorrect address by delivery partner or no product was delivered to any address at all because the OTP verification through registered phone number is impossible when the phone number is temporarily suspended. Despite clearly mentioning this situation to Myntra the customer service every time responded that the product is delivered after OTP confirmation through registered phone number and they decline the request of refund or redelivery to correct address. Isn’t this a case of open fraud? There is a clear mistake in their delivery yet they are stubborn to accept it and provide the solution to consumer. I have placed many orders earlier with Myntra but this unpleasant experience and loss of my money puts me in a unconvincing state of mind to place any order online with them.
