Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Sumit Pandey, a customer of Flipkart, wants to inform you that I was purchased Flipkart SmartBuy All in One Combo 3-Port USB Hub ++ Card Reader (Multicolor). Under Order Id: –
OD222857509092530000. Same was marked as delivered in Flipkart App by 18/09/2021 but in actually it was not delivered to me. When I raised a call me back request on 18/09/2021 Flipkart Executive told me that I have to wait till 23/09/2021. So as per the policy I wait till 23/09/2021 & I received a mail Update from Flipkart Customer Service for [Incident: IN21091813550217866775] but I did not received any call from flipkart & On 23/09/2021 I received another mail Update from Flipkart Customer Support for [Incident: IN21091813550217866775] and in this mail flipkart saying that I have to wait by 24/09/2021 01:55 PM. So I am also agree to wait till 24/09/2021 but still I did not received any call from flipkart than after I raised a call me back request again on 24/09/2021 to flipkart and a flipkart executive told me that I have to wait by 09:00 pm 24/09/2021 . But still I did not receive any call Than after I raised a call me back request again to flipkart on 25/09/2021 and then again flipkart told me that I have to wait for 24 hr. to 48 hr. again . So I don’t have anything to do I have to wait for the same. But still I did not received any response and after time over on 28/09/2021 again I raised a call me back request again to flipkart and again they told me to wait for 24 hr. to 48 hr. again and I received another mail Update from Flipkart Customer Service for [Incident: IN21092810384523052946] . I am requesting you to please take a required and necessary action against it and I you cannot take any action. Please deactivate my flipkart account & flipkart pay later account.
