Text of Complaint by Amrita Thakur:

I have placed order from zomato and they have delivered a spoiled cake and when I raised a complain they told me that their vendor confirmed that the order was fine from their end and gave me a credit of 108 point ..when I asked them to get my order replaced they denied I reached to them via chat, email and via twitter they are not helping me.. kindly help
