Respected sir,
I ordered a card reader on Portronics website and did the online payment on May 8t, 2023, I inquired about the updates on their WhatsApp number every day. but they are asking for an apology every time.. there’s no update…at last, they canceled the order without informing me…and not refunding the cash or any compensation. very pathetic service they are doing…kindly expecting a solution. thank you
