My order 🆔 is 4958279549 .The medicine i ordered medicine Bon K2 HD ( 30 pack of 1 ) 2 quantity i.e 6 strips of 60 tablets on 18th February 2024, it was supposed to be delivered on 22th Feb 2024. I request many times to deliver the medecine on urgent basis but delivered only half quantity of the product i.e. only 3 strips of 30 tablets ordered on 22nd Feb at 8 PM and the delivery boy asked me to pay the full amount of RS 1502. I asked to delivery boy about this but he didn’t answer and cancelled the order. On top of that i raised numerous complaints regarding this in Flipkart health plus customer care but none of them helped me regarding this , contacting them is like taking to a pre designed program every body says to wait for 24hrs but nothing helped at the end the product was cancelled whithout even contacting me. we order medicine by checking the delivery date initially why would they give false promises to the customers,why cheat customers?? It’s not the first time ,it happened too often with this app.
