I ordered on ONDC food from paytm app but my food is not delivered. A lady who contacted me from zomato for confirming the delivery address. She is saying your delivery partner is at your location but in reality he is not when she took on a call with delivery partner, he is little far away from my delivery location I told him to come at the delivery address which is the correctly worth by me at the time of order but he refused to come and said my app was showing this address I can’t come. Then the lady who is from zomoto saying Sir please wait for some time your order will we delivered I said ok no problem I’ll wait and after some time a man called me and asked is your order delivered I said No, then he says Sorry sir for not delivered yet but the delivery partner is saying you are not picking his phone he tried multiple times but the reality is totally different he didn’t call me a single time then the man said Sir have some passion I’ll update you I’ll said ok I’ll wait because I have no option either then this some after I checked in paytm app then the app showing your order is cancelled. I am ok with if the order cancelled but where is my refund amount I want my money back this is not my fault and this not my problem I want my money back. I checked my delivery address is correct this fault is form your side
