I order Samsung buds live and delivery boy order that order and open time product is missing then he said i have to raise complaint against Amazon then Amazon said after 7 days i got details regarding my order but after that they not provide any details and not refund my money and the product box is already open inside by one side and close by tap my order id is 17122497877949951 and order date is 19 October 2020
