Text of Complaint by Shrey kumar Jain:

I booked a Lenovo yoga smart tablet for 2 October from my amazon prime account. For the payment, I chose an EMI option and also I am exchanging Redmi 6 pro phone with this. Currently, the product is not shipped even they have not informed me when it will be delivered to me. Even after 7 days have passed, the current status is that the product is “Preparing for Dispatch”. For this, I wrote a mail and also I called every day to the customer care, but every time I got a message that the stock is not available and when it will be available we will inform you through a message. Today again I talked to customer care, I got a different message. The Order ID is # 408-6594844-2421927

To check, that the product is available to not, yesterday I booked the same product from another account on COD, and the current status of the product is -it has been shipped and it will be delivered by Sunday. Order Id – 406-7347750-8851528.

How it is possible because if the product is not available in any warehouse (as customer care representatives say every time) then how you can deliver it on Sunday or if it is available that why not it has been delivered to me.

Sir, From today most of the bank offers are discontinuing and also exchange value of my mobile is decreasing day by day. So my request kindly takes strict action against this.
