On Nov 13 evening I had ordered a home decor product from decorsales.myshopify.com(https://storeofhome-1591.myshopify.com/collections/home-decor?fbclid=PAAaZ_1Ra18DjDiIXAMJfG0Un5Zj88ewvFUJt27lUiM5k_DgLGvOc7V5) merchant named RAVINDRA NANUBHAI BAGADA the next minute I paid for it through payu in Paisa(payu.in) and I have transaction id and successful payment receipt and also I got an email saying my order was confirmed from the same and would notify later when it is ready for delivery ,but not even a single update from their side .I tried to contact them through email (decorsales@hotmail.com) , Instagram,etc.. but they just ignored by changing their insta Id from “decorsales to Instagram User”.Now their website doesn’t exist I cannot contact them either so I would like you to report the merchant and help me refund my amount back.I will present all the above mentioned proofs in addition with this complaint below.
