Dear Support,
Orders(404-9663015-7540320 and 402-6818575-2529147) were cancelled without a notification from the delivery agent in my location(b. kothakota, 517370).
I am facing this same situation for the 5th time. I have raised the complaint multiple times to Amazon customer services but no response.
The delivery agent is calling us to their warehouse to collect the products which is not correct and after that the orders were cancelled by stating the order is damaged. Not sure how the orders are damaged again and again after refusing to collect at the warehouse.
