Dear Sir/Ma’am,
This is to take you to your kind NOTICE that , I have faced extremely worse after sales service at my Order ID#OD123030212887873000
It’s very sad to say that after sales service of your “SmartBuy” products is at its worst level. No single executives take liability or service after sales , which is the utmost importance of any Brand legally. But believe me , in my case it is at its worse level.
I made a complaint and claim warranty against Ticket#1L2-37522PNSC04-6330496. Then executive visited and said that “thermostat is damaged, and it will be replaced as soon as possible”. And now it’s more than 10 days to get my resolution.
I purchased this product in consent of wether and now when it’s colder wether then I’m not using it because your service is not done still and it’s marked “done”, without any solution.
Marking Ticket number done without my permission or completion of service showed how #Flipkart is serious with it’s Market.
This should be resolved immediately or Flipkart must refund me instantly.
