Hello Team,
I placed an order on 1st April for Motorola g52 with an exchange of my existing mobile.
On 2nd April, delivery executive came and he told that he is not the concerned person who handles exchange related products and went. Next day again a delivery executive came and he was very rude, was not at all listening to me. And he didn’t handed me the product. Now, it has been more than 16-20 calls and still I’m not getting any resolution from anyone. I paid in advance.
Multiple callback request were raised and every time, the delivery time changes.
Can I please know when will I receive the product?
And I will surely escalate this to the highest level. And, will make sure you guys are paid for all the harassment I have faced in last 2-3 days.
