Dear Sir,
With reference to the captioned subject, please be noted that I have purchased a Google pixel xl 6a mobile phone from flipkart vide order id-OD327952225370707100 on dated 29th apr, 2023. But after delivered the product I have identified some issue like over heating issue even while idle mode, charging issue, unable to full charge. Every time I raised complaint at flipkart they providing some customer case number and link and marked the complaint resolved without asking me. Now after paying 32000/- for the product I am not able to use the product. Flipkart not responding to my issue, unable to provide customer satisfaction resolution. please help
