I ordered CELLBELL Callisto C83 Stylish Mesh Office Arm Chair (Black, DIY(Do-It-Yourself)) product from flipkart on 9th Feb 2023. The product received was damaged piece with poor quality unlike from the images shown in the website. So I raised a return request after a number of attempts of technician visits, which took more than two weeks to approve my return. Now I’m facing the issue that there is no refund update for my product which was picked by courier partners assigned by you on March 25th. Still it’s showing that the item needs to be picked up & my refund was on hold. The promised date for refund was 6th march , till now no update from flipkart side. I tried to contact support team via mails /calls. They gave me improper feedback like technical errors, no update from courier partner, seller etc. So I contacted the courier partner & seller myself and they confirmed that they had already processed my refund request & successfully forwarded to flipkart. I’m attaching all conversation & courier company tracking details below for your reference. I again contacted flipkart, still they giving me the same answers & lame excuses. And they postponed the resolution date assigned to my problem multiple times in the last two weeks.
