Dear Sir/Madam,
I have ordered grocery items on dated 29th July 2022. The delivery date was 1st August 2022.
I called flipkart customer care he say you wait max. time 48hrs, compliant 1st. resolution date- 6th August, 2nd 11th August, 3rd 16th August, I still in waiting time 300Hrs, i request you to please review the issue, also 4 Times email to “grievance.officer@flipkart.com”, still problem in pending condition, Lastly decide cancel the order but error occur cancellation is not possible for this order, i request you to cancel my order since i purchased grocery items from local shops,
