I placed an order on 24-Jul for a delivery on 31-Jul but it didn’t arrive till date, and Flipkart is keep on pushing the delivery dates, I get MSG from Flipkart team every day around 8 pm that your order is rescheduled to deliver on next day. FKIPKART customer support is not capable of finding out what’s the issue, I have made around 25+ calls to them spoke to Sr. Escalation team but no resolution provided on my problem, moreover they are not able to find out the reason for delay.. This is pathetic service for a grocery order.
