I ordered 6mm wire worth 5098rs on flipkart on 11 june and received 1mm wire worth 1098rs on 18 June.
I initiated for return but my return request has been rejected 3 times.
Finally they accepted my return request and replaced 6mm wire
Neither I received pickup call nor I got new product…
And they cancelled my Replacement and return order again.
When I called customer care they never helped me a little bit.
Please sir help me I have already paid 5098rs against the order which I received only 1098rs product.
