We have ordered a product on 16th March.order details is Order ID – OD224429537067111000
REPLACEMENT
Eureka Forbes Aquasure from Aquaguard Shield 6 L RO + UV +MP+MTDS water purifier (black). On 23rd March 2022 the Technician of Eureka Forbes came and said this product is defective and it has to be replaced. We raised a request for replacement of the product. And the replacement request has been accepted by flipkart on same day. But till today no product has been replaced. No body has come. We are just getting dates. But it is showing in the order details that product has been reached in our nearest hub on 9th April. We have called so many times to customer care. But we are not getting the product till today.
