Order promise date was given as May 5th’21, but there was a message stating order will be delayed, when intimated to Flipkart customer care, I was asked to wait till 7 pm my order will be delivered, where as it was not even in “Out for Delivery” status till 7 pm.
I was given resolution date of 9th May for which I waited, but still didn’t received the product, when I asked on 9th May where is my order, will I get Hub details so that I can pick the order by myself, I was told that issue has been escalated, I will be receiving a call from back end team by 10th May 7 pm,
I didn’t received any call until I reached out to them.
My issue is still not resolved, Please look into this.
