My order ID on flipkart Order ID – OD224341246223244000, I ordered Whirlpool 7 kg 5 Star,Turbo Scrub Technology Semi Automatic Top Load Grey (SUPERB ATOM 70S GREY DAZZLE (5YR)) Booked on Tue, Aug 9, 3:03 PM Price 10,990 Ekart Logistics – FMPP1289709315, which agreed delivery after timeslot booked was on Sat, Aug 13, 2022 between 8:00 AM and 7:55 PM but this order did not deliver on agreed delivery time, Then i raised complaint in flipkart for this issue they give me time line of for delivered at 9PM for solution of this issue but again team didn’t given any solution on said time line again failure while item are so urgent nobody can wait this much of time. Again i called to customer care they given me a new time line of 16th aug 10:06 AM to provide solution, Every time failure with time line and no solution given till now , still i am waiting for solution.
