Order ID – OD125548625621427000/ Product didn’t delivered but showing delivered in flipkart.

I have ordered Grocery products on flipkart on 24th july order id is OD125548625621427000 which agreed delivery was 29th july 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM but this order did not deliver on agreed delivery time then i got message for delay delivery with time line of 29th july 23:00 hrs but i didn’t get this order and order shown as delivered on site.
Then i raised complaint in flipkart for this issue they give me time line of 4th aug 2022 for solution of this issue but again team didn’t given any solution on said time line again failure while Grocery item are so urgent nobody can wait this much of time. Again i called to customer care they given me a new time line of 5th aug 10:06 AM to provide solution but unfortunately again no solution given by flip Kart team.
Every time failure with time line and no solution given till now , still i am waiting for solution.

    My name is Manohar seshu, i have placed a order in Flipkart Dell Inspiron 5418 on 6th aug 2022 and i have received the different product ( Dell Inspiron 5410) on 12th August 2022 and this is the order id#Order ID – OD225664094925959000 so i have contacted to your customer support team they confirmed that they are not able to replace the product they can provide only refund and your executive has placed a refund from your end, i tried to contact your executives they simpley ignoring this issue they said that it will take max time frame is aug 24th, why Flipkart is taking 12 days time, in order level you are clearly mentioned refund and replace will be 7 days from the date of purchase, but why you are taking this much time, when I open the laptop there is no manual book and bill also not available i find only laptop and charger only i have shared some pictures to customer support team as per there request but still I didn’t receive any response from your side. Here ihave received completed different model.
    I’m expecting response from your end.and i have shared picture and labels of the laptop to customer support team on 12 th August but still I didn’t get any response from support team

    Here the issue is seller or Flipkart to sent wrong product to customer then why you are blaming to customer and taking too much of time here product cost is around 60k

    My name is Rajendra sharma, i have placed a order in Flipkart realme 9 (Sunburst Gold, 128 GB) on 10th aug 2022 and I should have received my order by 13th Aug. Then it was told from your side that the order will be received on 17th august. Still I did not get the order. This flipkard is your fault and not me. I have paid to flipkard, so it is the responsibility of flipkart. I have wasted a lot of time on this. Flipkart is not going to make any difference to this.Now Flipkart is saying that cancel the order and settlement it.
