i have ordered Mobile Antivirus for my family QTY 5 on 14th of July 2022 and received only one key from dealer but other activation keys not delivered till 8th Aug 2022. my order id OD125463993488486000, then i was start calling customer care about pending orders they only given 24-48 hrs time (not working hrs i make sure its regular hrs).
after that i was raised tickets/INCIDENT

when i call customer service they always given 24 hrs time, and after conversation with senior desk they also highlighted issue.
after all follow-up on 5th Aug i was getting call back from resolution department same given 24 hrs time.
and today is 8th Aug still they not responding..
its totally harassment with customer and cheating/fraud done by Flipkart.
