This is Ashish Sharma. I ordered marq air condition otder id #OD125035643400201000 from Flipkart in the month of May and cancelled the order to change the delivery location on 25th May. The total amount was 30,589 rupees out of which I have got 1999 only and I am still waiting for the remaining balance. It’s been more than a month now since I have cancel the order and have not received the refund yet. I have tried so many calls to the customer care customer support, send the current bank statement to support@ flipkart.com as requested still there is no response. Whenever I try to reach the customer support the agents try to connect me to the senior representative but when they transfer the call it gets disconnected after waiting hours long. I was given with the complaint number as well #In22062019394654267283 but then there is no resolution provided yet. I try to reach the Flipkart support on Twitter and I haven’t got any response there also. I have received a lot of messages and emails stating that the issue has been escalated and they are looking into it closely but I haven’t got any update on those escalations or the complaints. Lastly I still waiting for my money it’s been more than a month now and I haven’t received it yet. I have never faced such issue with Flipkart in past I don’t know for what reason this is happening but I want to tell you that this is not at all acceptable from a company like Flipkart. It’s not only about money, this is about the services well and nobody is telling me that what is the reason behind the delay or I am not even sure if I will ever get my money back or not. I was told that the money will be deposit in to my bank account if not then I will get a call from the customer support asking for the bank details then lately I was told that the money will be transferred into the Flipkart wallet account and this are the false or fake commitments or I can say the promises I was given and still after this long and lot of promises I am still waiting for my money. If I don’t contact the customer support I don’t get any communication or correspondence from their side. I have to call or write an email & the only thing I get in revert is that they have escalated the query or the issue and they are looking into it and this is the same thing going on from last 15 to 30 days and I am just waiting for my money. I hope you understand my situation now that I am being frustrated and not in a position to tolerate this at all. I’ve lost my money and there is no one who can assist me with that.
