order CROMPTON Hill Briz Deco 1200 mm 3 Blade Ceiling Fan with order ID OD124565754062675000 product didn’t deliver and Flipkart application showing its delivered. Brief explanation details mentioned as follows,
I ordered 2 Crompton ceiling fans order I’d as follows, OD124565754062675000 and OD124565821217549000 products delivered on 13th April 2022. At the time of installation fan air flow was not good. Since I returned the both fan. In flipkart application refund option not available for this product and replacement option only available. I contacted with customer care staff and clearly told I don’t want replacement and I want the refund for the product instead of replacement. Returned the same to flipkart delivery person.
But, i received the refund amount Rs. 1699/- for 1 fan only.. another fan refund amount is still pending.. several times I touch with customer care staff and issue not resolved…
Daily onwards I received flipkart pay later message for payment. How can I pay for non receive product.. I am Flipkart plus since last 4+ year’s.
I really disappointed for the issue.. kindly resolve and action to be taken for refund and the same adjust in paylater wallet. This is affected my CIBIL. There is no default payment in my CIBIL. Pls act ASAP and resolve the issue.
I mailed too many times to flipkart grivence mail id. As of now, no response from Flipkart end.
