I have order 1 sweet box on 8th nov 2020 for diwali purpose. I have placed that order for my relative’s home for diwali Gift. Earlier delivery date was showing on 13th Nov 2020 however on 13th they changed the date on 19th Nov 2020. Today is 21st Nov 2020. It is still waiting for shipping. First of all because of flipkart I was shameful and embarrass in front of my relative’s as they didn’t deliver product on time. When 15th Nov I asked for cancel order. They were denying and said there is no option when you are unable to deliver it on time you should cancel it. I tried multiple times to reach flipkart no one is helping me on this. I am frustrated from flipkart. I want my refund. After diwali festival what is the purpose of sweet to reach there. Please help me. No one is taking responsibility for this in flipkart.
