Greetings for the day!

Am lil disappointed in the way things are handled in regards to My order ID 329995 placed on 16th Nov 2020, delivered with wrong measurements!
 
 Zefo app and web page helps us to calculate measurements,damages of the actual product even before we can purchase with clear pics making our decision easier. I had ordered based on Brand, Colour, looks, damages, Price and time of delivery. I am happy with the product I got except this major setback in measurement. Now I am stuck with Zefo! for no fault of mine!
To my disappointment my 55inch TV doesnt fit in the cabinet, When measured instead of 140cms width promised on the product it measures 120cms!
Mr. Satish from the planning team helped me to speak to Mr. Ajay Manger for furniture. He promised to give a replacement and sent a link through Mr. Satish on Whats App Rs. 5899 (Order ID 330214) This product has multiple damages when checked on the site. I checked the site and found one lil better than the promised replacement for Rs. 6499 Order ID 330215 I am ok to pay the differential amount of Rs 600 from the replacement promised.
