Order Id. 309246692: Stalley Sheesham Wood Round Coffee Table in Scratch Resistant Honey Oak Finish : Poor quality with manufacturing defect.
I have ordered the Round Coffee Table on 26-Sept-2023. The product delivered was of poor quality and pepper fry is unavailable to provide me the replacement of the product even after more than 50 days.The pepper fry carpenter itself declared that this is a defective piece and cannot be repaired. Also, not ready to provide a satisfying alternate solution to the problem related to this product. They want to settle the case on their own terms and forcefully wants to close this ticket and ignoring the actual issue .I am feeling mentally harassed for more than I month due to this.
