Text of Complaint by Shivam Jaim:

I have ordered two products through meesho whose order ids are #19669313499 and #92380422029 and i want to return these products.I had already applied for return through meesho application but the wishmaster didn’t pick up these product and cancelled my request for return. Again I am try to regenerate my return request so they mentioned call to meesho helpline no or mail them.
I had already mailed them 3 mails they are replied that mail service has been closed then i called them on there helpline no. So they are not responding or even they respond so they said you must have to keep these products or you must have to call from registered mobile. Actually they are forcing me to keep these products. How can they force us to keep this product or call from registered no. Even I can avail to share whatever you want to verify either order id or account details.
They are doing fraud with the customers.They didn’t resolved the issues on mail or on call they are just wasting time and deliver wrong or defective products.Even they are violating their on written policies they are not have any writing policies to call with registered no.to meesho.
They are forced to there customer to not to logout there application from there mobile phone that’s why they have no option for log out or signout.
Again I request you to regenerate my return request and compensate for this inconvenience.
