– Non-Delivery of Order and Lack of Response

On 25october2023, I placed an order for the METRO-FASHION Women Printed Straight Kurta through Flipkart with the order number OD329507010082529100 . According to the Flipkart app, the order has been marked as delivered, but I have not received the product. I have made multiple calls to the customer care helpline to report this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution.

I understand that occasional issues may arise during the delivery process, but the lack of proper communication and assistance from the customer care team is deeply disappointing. Each representative I have spoken to has assured me that the matter would be resolved within 24 hours, but to my dismay, there have been no updates or progress made thus far.

1. Immediate investigation: Please initiate an immediate investigation into the non-delivery of my order [Order Number]. It is essential to determine the whereabouts of the package and identify any potential issues in the delivery process.

2. Transparent communication: I request clear and transparent communication regarding the progress of the investigation and the steps being taken to resolve the issue. Regular updates on the status of my complaint are highly appreciated.

3. Delivery or refund: I expect either a prompt delivery of the product I ordered or a full refund of the amount paid. I believe this is a fair and reasonable request given the inconvenience caused and the failure to deliver the product as promised.

4. Improved customer support: It is crucial to address the lack of proper response and assistance from the customer care team. I urge you to take necessary steps to ensure that such issues .
