The technician didn’t come on 09.11.23 despite numerous calls and request.
I have been waiting for last 4 days. Having given no solution by Amazon with regard to installation, I myself opened the box and to install the bed. But again I faced another problem which is the head part and the leg part of the bed is missing.
Instead that have sent side part of the bed twice.
Now after all such trauma and agony, when I called customer care, they are not taking my request to return the product or provide the missing part.
I am sick and tired of dealing with Amazon for last 3 days with more than 100 calls and message bin chat box and no one is calling back also for any support.
Please take a note and take action for this kind of harassment.
