I order Amazfit GTR 4 From https://in.amazfit.com/ Order ID #42336 on 8/3/2023. I cancelled the order by calling their Service Department (Sales Team never response to my call). Service Department cancelled the order on 9/3/2023. They said that they will refund by 9/3/2023 Evening time. Now it has been more than 5 days, I have not received my money. When I mailed them they always response with an auto-generated message which says “Call Sales Deparment for more info”. I called them 20-30 times in a day no body response.
I’m feeling bad about this but I have to post it here because their sales department is not responding and very unprofessional.
