I have ordered some grocery item from big basket on 14th August, 2022. The ordered was scheduled for delivery on 15th August between 4 pm to 9:30pm. But it was not delivered. Then in bb account I noticed that order was canceled and a new order was created which was scheduled for delivery on 16th August between 4pm to 9:30 pm. I also contacted bb customer support via text. In the customer support they assured that it will be delivered. However they did not deliver it again and repeat the same thing as before. My order value was rs.868. In my order there all the items were essential. Due to the non delivery of the item we are now suffering. Big basket should compensate the order amount of rs 868 plus the compensation of our suffering, valuable time etc. Cost of it can be estimated rs 50000
