Hi,
I have ordered for rs 1050 and made payment through paytm wallet. After the transaction done, amount got debited . But in jionmart app , order got declined.
On contacting customer care, they didn’t even respond. They are claiming that order id is not present for that order. So they didn’t refund the money back.
Worst app and service 🙁
