I placed my order on 13th December 2023 from website of Just herbs and I got confirmation mail that my order is confirmed and i will receive the order will get dispatched in 3-5 days. But still after 5 days I didn’t received any confirmation of dispatch so I tried contacting the company but no one pickup the call. The i messaged on WhatsApp and I got reply that the product which I order is out of stock now and it will take more 5 days. If product was out of stock then why company did not mention on website?? Why they accepted the order if it’s not in stock
