I tried placing order for my monthly provisions from 1st December after placing the order and waiting for the provisions to deliver after 3 days I received a message saying that the order was cancelled. When I called the customer care they said that the order was cancelled due to some technical issues and I may place the order again and it will be delivered soon. Trusting which I placed the order again on 4th December and it showed that the order is out for delivery yesterday (7th December) I contacted the delivery person and he assured that the products will be delivered tomorrow as it was already 9 pm. And around 1.40 AM (8th decry) I received a message saying that my order is cancelled. I had ordered essential things and suffering a lot without it. My whole family is waiting for our monthly groceries and this is what is happening till almost 1/3rd of the month. Hope I can get some justice.
