I placed a prepaid order worth Rs. 10980, out of which products worth Rs. 5400 were not delivered and also a complimentary gift worth 4599 was not delivered as promised. Only products worth 5580 were delivered. Vendor is saying they have dispatched and it’s not their problem if I have not received it and they cannot do anything about products not delivered.
