Hi this compalint is regarding my last 2 order from Zomato which has been order same day . This is inform that I have chapp from one restaurant and cake from another restaurant , while making payment I didn’t notice the delivery address because every time it pick the location where I am .. later my both delivery boy called me for pick up then thy told me the location of my office . I requested them to deliver both the food my place later I also requested them that the distance which u LL cover I ll pay for that but they denied in both the case. Then I took the help from my support chat even they denied that food will get wasted and u only have to cancel the order I asked for refund also but they denied. My question is yes I understand chapp will get wasted but how come cake get wasted they would have tried to return
to the seller .Or may be partial amount to be refunded in both the cases this feel like ordering from Zomato from so many years is also waste. It would be great full if I get refunded for same otherwise I must say Zomato enjoyed the party inseatd of me and it really feels bad from the support u have provided
