Nor the product delivered nor the amount refunded ,

Have sent multiple mails on their mail ID but get only auto generated replies !

No body responds on the official Customer Care Numbers 02222655555/02266356666/02266315555

I have paid Rs. 10949.22 thru netbanking and its been over two months , I havent got the product and neither the refund!

Kindly help with my refund and take it up  with M/S LT Online Store Ground Floor , 17 Podar Chamber , Store Lane Near RBI Bank, Fort Mumbai
