This post is all about how #Amazon is cheating #indian consumers. scenario is I have placed a order for #Apple #Iphone12pro from #amazon App order No 402-1120408-0133109 order on 9th September 2021, by paying through my credit card of Rs 106900/- got delivered on 10th September 2021 at my residence, so from here the story begins, package was collected by my daughter & she is just 8year old, I was little busy as it was a #ganeshchaturthi & when i saw the package I got doubt on it bcos it seems to be Tampered, without delaying I called customer care reported the same & when i was in call CC associate insisted me to open the package & I opened it. this is where the shock was awaiting, I saw a #Airtel Dongle box instead of #appleiphone12pro apart from this I opened the dongle box there were 8 candle & some cotton in the box pictures are attached. after this CC associate told me not to panic they will resolve the issue by make investigation on this and they will be get back after 5days, once it was reported I got a call from a associate of #amazon to send the picture of the package what I briefly explained to CC associate in call, immediately I have sent all the pics & started following up the issue with CC associate daily in #amazon App through chatting with CC associate, (chat history available)they keep promising me about the replace or refund on 15th sep2021 I called CC for updates on this issue, CC associate gave a update that investigation was done by all the 3 team given a report to replace or refund, I got confirmation from CC associate stating that I would getting a replacement or refund which I chosen for refund CC associate promised that refund will be processed within 24hrs & amount will be credited to original payment method in 2 working days. which supposed to be on 17th sep2021, but it didn’t happened again I called CC started explaining from the beginning & CC associate told as it was non working day there would delay in processing the refund so you may have to wait till 20th Monday, on monday again I called up CC started explaining from the beginning, guess what happened? I got a shocking answer from CC associate stating that refund as been denied by senior management of #amazonindia for the reason of the package sent for delivery is tamper proof & it cannot be Tampered, they took 10days to reply for this issue & all this 10days #amazonindia keeps promising me for the refund which will be initiated soon, cheating became an Art for #amazonindia seriously they should learn from #flipkartindia how to serve people & serve the nation, from here I need help to proceed with all possible things to get refund from #amazon & for what i have suffered sofar need to be justified. #help #news #cheating #consumerprotection #ecommerce #appleindia #appleiphone
