I had placed an order of consumable item with Fashnear Technologies (Meesho) on 09/10/2022 and an amount of Rs 379/- was paid to their UPI id meesho. payu@icici from my BHIM upi vide transaction id 228293054566 at 1.32 pm. The company have promised to deliver the item by 12/10/2022, but they are neither responding nor refunded my amount.
