Booked a bouquet and greeting card for my friend birthday in “indiaflowersgifts.com” with worth of Rs. 696 and the confirmation number “pay_PLIFlirwlkxNQA” to deliver to Mahabubabad on 17th Nov 2024 and order number provided was “RIFG-14112024708615” But it was not delivered and not even informed it could not be delivered on that day but not informed even after 2 days.
When I enquired on 19 Nov 2024 that why it was not delivered the order is on hold as flower delivery is not possible. and they could deliver a cake for same worth where the birthday was completed.
