Text of Complaint by Vunnam Sindhu:

I have ordered Tandoori chicken from Hotel Aditya central, payment got deducted but order is showed as failed.i have spoken to Zomato customer care who asked me to wait for 24hrs initially for refund and later they have asked me to wait till 48hrs and now when I am contacting them they’re not responding at all.
