Text of Complaint by Jalpesh Vaghani:

Respected Sir, I will place order for OPPO K10 5G Mobile Phone on 24-09-2022 vide order id is OD226088786253567000 and transaction id is PZT2209242047UBWOY01 and the expected date of delivery is 05-10-2022. On 05-10-2022 delivery agent call me at 08:23 PM but unfortunately I am not available at my address so that delivery is failed at 05-10-2022, so due to unsuccessful delivery I will place a compliant on same day i.e. 05-10-2022 vide incident number is IN22100520130762149524. And expected date of resolution is 08-10-2022. Now on 08-10-2022 I will receive new mail mentioning that your issue is resolve by 09-10-2022, 8:13 PM and still I will not receive my parcel(OPPO K10 5G). I continuously take follow up by calling to customer care but no one give me correct date of delivery or satisfactory resolution even if I asking a location of delivery hub from where I personally pickup my parcel but your customer care officer said that we didn’t have data regarding the location of delivery hub. I also create multiple complaint regarding late delivery of my product, please find details of the same as mentioned below IN22100511073644447771 dated 06-10-2022, IN22100609064384356389 dated 07-10-2022 I would like to tell you that I will place such order for giving a gift to my sister as she was joint her first job on 07-10-2022 but due to non-delivery of product I am not fulfill my promise as to given her first smart phone on her first job. Dear sir I will request you please help me and take some action against Flipkart.
