Hi ,
Recently I have placed an order from swiggy .The delivery executive marked as delivered without delivering the item ,so I have reached out to customer support executive,then he called to the delivery person and he told that he didn’t delivered the food and he kept that with him ..After listening this conversation the customer support executive agreed to give refund and again he refused by saying sorry ..and asked me to mail the issue to their mail adress.i have sent a mail but they didn’t refund my money and saying that they will share this feedback.
