I placed an order (Number 411550878943) on Meesho on 18th September. It was supposed to be delivered on 28th September. It been 10 days from the due date, I am yet to receive the order. I called their customer service and they informed the PIN code was too long. I have received orders on the same address and as far as I know e-commerce companies don’t accept a wrong pin code. I raised a complaint with number 46978826 but they are responding they would process the refund. I am astonished, I never asked for refund. These guys are harassing me. O called customer service several times and asked for a manager. They transferred the call but it never connected. i waited 15-20 minites but the call got disconnected every time. Please look into it and ask them to provide compensation for wasting my time.
