I had ordered (“Skudgear Stainless Steel Effective Ear Wax Cleaner Kit with a Storage Box – Set of 5 (Silver) | Remover Tool | Comfortable Ear Wax Picker | Ear Wax Cleaner for Baby and Adults | Hygiene Essentials”) from amazon on 10 jan 2023 the orderd was delivered on 25 January without my consent. On the same date i raised complaint on Amazon and they asure me that your order will be deliver on 01 February 2023 . Today is 03 Feb still i don’t receive any. And now they have process for the refund . And they said it will take 3,4 days . i call them today morning now they said we haven’t received any response from delivery partner . I am frustrated what is my issue on this . This is the 2nd time this happened to me …previously i had to go e-commerce and search my order there and receive my order by myself and it took me 1, 2 hrs to search and deliver that product by myself. And in the end wasted my whole day. I am a freelance graphic designer and 1 hr means a lot for me.
They have wasted many hours on this product also.
